Hunter Biden’s beleaguered former business partner, Devon Archer, will receive a full and unconditional pardon, President Trump revealed exclusively to The New York Post.
The president promised Archer the pardon when they met at the NCAA wrestling championships in Philadelphia Saturday night, an encounter arranged by another former Hunter Biden associate-turned-whistleblower, Tony Bobulinski.
He’s getting a full pardon,” Trump told me Sunday. “He was screwed by the Bidens. They destroyed him like they tried to destroy a lot of people.
“A full pardon,” Trump repeated, describing Archer as an “anti-Biden person” because of his pivotal role in exposing Biden corruption.
The presidential clemency will end a decade-long ordeal for Archer, who was facing jail time for securities fraud over a bad deal he was involved in with Hunter Biden in 2015.

In his first interview since being pardoned by President Donald Trump last month, former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer tells Just the News that there was “no doubt” the younger Biden was talking business with his father and confirmed that his former partner was selling the “Biden” brand in deals abroad.
Archer previously testified in the impeachment inquiry into former President Joe Biden, telling lawmakers he witnessed Hunter Biden introduce his father, whether in person or over the phone, to several foreign business partners, including a Russian oligarch, a Chinese fund manager, and Ukrainian energy company executives.
The former business partner also told Congress he considered Hunter Biden to be a “lobbyist” who leveraged a “very powerful name” to score millions in deals with these companies, including the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, which was was seeking protection from corruption probes and other legal woes at the time he and Archer joined the board.
The pair’s work for the Ukrainian gas company Burisma illustrated the value of Hunter Biden’s access to the highest levels of American government. “I mean, that was the…that was the role. The role was to, you know, pave a path for success of Burisma by having kind of a halo from the U.S.” he said.
