Hunter Biden has argued in court papers that he cannot be jailed for failing to communicate with his 7-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts, as it was not required under their 2023 child support settlement with ex-stripper Lunden Roberts.

He opposed reopening the case, noting no deadline exists for providing artwork to Navy and rejecting Roberts’ demands for increased support and contempt charges.
