Fairfax, VA woman randomly stabbed to death at bus stop by career criminal with 30 previous arrests

The man with 30 prior arrests who stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a Fairfax, VA bus stop earlier this week is an illegal alien from Sierra Leone, who entered the U.S. illegally in 2012 and has a final order of removal dating back to 2020.
Gov. Abigail Spanberger, on her first day in office, ended Virginia's cooperation with ICE, and later cancelled all state law enforcement's 287(g) programs with the federal government that allow them to work with ICE to detain illegal aliens.
Somehow this guy with 30 prior arrests for many violent crimes and in the country illegally for nearly 15 years was able to roam the streets in Virginia.
And an innocent woman is now dead.
