Asymptomatic means you’re secretly carrying the disease without showing any symptoms, determined by a PCR test (remember those?) and therefore you can be a superspreader without even knowing it.
The greatest trick the CDC & the WHO ever pulled was convincing the world they were sick without ever showing any symptoms.
