These are the same tapes that featured heavily in Robert Hur’s report — the ones where Biden allegedly read classified docs aloud and showed serious memory issues.

June 15 release date now in jeopardy.

Judge Chutkan has cleared the House Judiciary Committee to intervene in Biden's fight to bury his ghostwriter tapes.

Committee files by June 8. Release deadline: June 15.

A divided federal appeals court ruled 2-1 against former President Biden Monday night, rejecting his bid to block the Justice Department from turning over redacted recordings and transcripts of his private conversations with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer to the Heritage Foundation.

The lone dissent came from Judge Florence Pan — a judge Biden himself put on the bench.

The recordings aren't public yet. The ruling is paused until August 3 while Biden weighs further appeals.

The Heritage Foundation's separate FOIA lawsuit is still alive, with the release still on hold through August 3.

What Biden actually dropped Friday was his personal lawsuit aimed at keeping Congress out.
