Senators say bombshell Trump Russia hoax documents will expose FBI 'corruption'

The FBI is facing pressure from MAGA warriors in Congress to hand over unredacted documents related to the controversial Russian collusion investigation.

Republican Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday demanding the never-seen-before documents.

They say that the secrets contained in the documents will 'expose corruption' within the FBI, one of Donald Trump's top priorities.

The probe codenamed Crossfire Hurricane tried and failed to find evidence that then-candidate Trump's 2016 campaign colluded with Russia to influence the outcome of the U.S. election.

The FBI confirmed to DailyMail.com that it received the letter from Grassley and Johnson.

Bondi and Patel have vowed to bring more transparency. During Patel's confirmation hearing, he said it's a top priority to shine light on the investigation.
