Today we learned that two US attorneys have been added to the prosecution team, both from the Eastern District North Carolina US Attorney’s office:
Nathaniel Lemons and Gabriel Diaz.
Lemons was Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney for that office and Diaz was the National Security Chief.
Wonder if they had anything to do with the investigation into the seashells on the beach instagram thing? The seashells were near Comey’s NC beach house.
Comey’s arraignment is set for tomorrow at 10am.
His defense attorney is Patrick Fitzgerald, the long time federal prosecutor and former special counsel who prosecuted Abdel-Rahman, Ramzi Yousef, Scooter Libby, Rod Blagojevich, Conrad Black, and many others.
