A Federal judge has PERMANENTLY struck down President Trump's executive order requiring documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote, finding the president lacks constitutional authority over elections.

Since October, three federal courts have now rejected key provisions of the order. Meanwhile, DOJ voter data lawsuits face dismissals in multiple states.
