Their 163,000-square-foot facility in Phoenix handles ballot printing (including on-demand systems like Sentio), mailing, and related election services. This has included large-scale production for multiple Arizona counties, such as Maricopa (historically the largest user), Pima, and others, often printing millions of ballots per election cycle for mail and in-person use.

After Trump won in 2024, AZ did something very peculiar— Mohave County approved a contract with Runbeck in 2025 for ballot printing services with enhanced security features (e.g., watermarks, invisible fibers) specifically for the 2026 elections.

- Other Arizona entities, such as the City of Tempe, maintain active contracts with Runbeck for ballot printing and election materials through at least October 2026 (with renewal options).

Maricopa County's prior dedicated contract for ballot printing and distribution (awarded 2021) expired on January 31, 2026, after extensions, and is now listed as expired. However, Runbeck continues to provide other election services (e.g., ballot processing and scanning) to Maricopa County, and the company maintains printing capabilities and materials tied to Arizona operations.

Runbeck's own site and leadership confirm ongoing ballot printing for jurisdictions across 33 states (including Arizona), with capacity for up to 1.5 million ballots per day.
