• Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office decided this year they’d run a restricted “secret bunker” location to aggregate and report Georgia’s election results completely in secret and away from full public oversight.
• Today, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville initially issued a temporary emergency order requiring the Secretary of State to allow approved observers and State Election Board members access to watch the receiving, verifying, and reporting of results.
• Hours later, the same judge vacated, voided, and dissolved the order.
