Marco Rubio launching a plan to DESTROY the International Criminal Court (ICC) threats to American sovereignty

ecretary of State Rubio announced Monday the U.S. is launching a diplomatic campaign to "dismantle" the ICC, calling the court a "global tribunal staffed by unelected globalist bureaucrats who claim their power is almost unlimited.

The move follows a lawsuit from 3 ICC judges challenging Trump-era sanctions, and comes after the ICC's first chief prosecutor called U.S. strikes on alleged drug traffickers "a crime against humanity."

Tools reportedly on the table: travel bans, visa revocations, and pressure on allies to abandon the court.

U.S. State Department says they welcome Venezuela's announcement of withdrawal from the ICC, calls for it to be "dismantled" as it is "neither credible, independent, nor legitimate," and requests all members of ICC to "withdraw from the Rome Statue."
